Description of the expiry of the project financing by Swiss finance company and holding company
Dear Sir or Madam,
we thank for your interest in our model for the project financing for job creation as well as humanitarian plans and herewith would like to explain the basic conditions and modalities to you briefly.
Basically projects with a whole investment volume from at least 50 million euros about this model can be financed and be dealt with. Besides, the company capital rate amounts to 30% of the whole investment, at least nevertheless, 20 million euros plus 2% of fees on the outside capital (70%). The remaining capital at the rate of 70% (outside capital) of the whole investment comes or carries the finance company and holding company.
The return, or Refinanzierung of the outside capital (70% of the investment) follows by means of a participation of the holding company in the project / property to be financed for a term of 10 till maximum 15 years (specially arrangement).
Within this term the outside capital is led back in steady tranches and in regular periods to the company. With the whole return of the outside capital to the company the participation in the project / property also goes out at the same time.
